**1. Return Window:**
Returns are accepted within **7 days** of delivery if the product is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Not as described
**2. Return Eligibility:**
- Product must be unused, in original packaging
- Return request must include a clear photo/video proof
**3. How to Request a Return:**

We will guide you through the return steps.
**4. Refund Process:**
- Once we receive and verify the product, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI/bank transfer.
**5. Non-returnable Items:**
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products after 7-day return window
